Description
The EZ barbell incline triceps extension is a skull crusher done on an incline bench. The lifter lies on the incline and lowers the EZ bar to the forehead. The incline angle changes the tension on the long head of the triceps.

EZ Bar Incline Triceps Extension Instructions
- Set an incline bench at about thirty degrees.
- Lie back on the incline holding an EZ curl bar.
- Press the bar up overhead to lockout.
- Brace your core and keep the back against the bench.
- Lower the bar by bending the elbows.
- Bring the bar down toward the forehead.
- Keep the elbows pointing up.
- Press the bar back up to lockout.
