- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Bend the knees and load the hips.
- Jump straight up explosively.
- Land softly with the knees bent.
- Step one foot out wide to the side.
- Drive off both feet for a second jump.
- Land softly with feet together.
- Continue the pattern alternating step direction.
