Jump Step Jump Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend the knees and load the hips.
  3. Jump straight up explosively.
  4. Land softly with the knees bent.
  5. Step one foot out wide to the side.
  6. Drive off both feet for a second jump.
  7. Land softly with feet together.
  8. Continue the pattern alternating step direction.
