Single Leg Dip on Floor Instructions

  1. Stand on one leg in front of a low seat or box.
  2. Lift the other leg slightly off the floor.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Lower the hips back and down.
  5. Tap the seat lightly with the glutes.
  6. Drive through the planted foot to stand back up.
  7. Keep the lifted leg off the floor throughout.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
