Description
The landmine one leg stiff leg deadlift is a single leg RDL done with a barbell anchored in a landmine. The lifter holds the loaded end with one hand and hinges on one leg. The arc shaped resistance trains the hamstrings and glutes with a unique pattern.

Landmine Single Leg RDL Instructions
- Anchor a barbell in a landmine attachment.
- Stand on one leg facing the loaded end.
- Grip the loaded end with the opposite hand.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Hinge at the hip and lift the back leg behind you.
- Lower the bar toward the floor as the back leg rises.
- Keep the back flat and the hips square.
- Stand back up. Finish all reps then switch sides.
