Band Straight Back Stiff Leg Deadlift Instructions

  1. Stand on a resistance band with feet at hip-width.
  2. Hold each end of the band with hands at the front of your thighs.
  3. Stand tall with knees just slightly bent.
  4. Brace your core and keep a flat back.
  5. Hinge at the hips and push your hips back behind you.
  6. Lower the band down the front of the legs until you feel a deep hamstring stretch.
  7. Drive your hips forward to stand up tall.
  8. Squeeze your glutes hard at the top.
