Silent Burpee
Description
The silent burpee is a low-impact variation of the standard burpee. Without the jump at the top or the harsh landing in the plank, the movement stays quiet and joint-friendly. The slower controlled pattern still builds full body conditioning while being apartment-friendly and easier on the joints.
