Description
The push up with knee drive combines a push up with a mountain climber knee drive. The lifter performs a push up and at the bottom drives one knee toward the chest. The combo trains the chest, core, and hip flexors in one rep.

Push Up with Knee Drive Instructions
- Begin in a high plank position with hands under the shoulders.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core hard.
- Lower the chest toward the floor by bending the elbows.
- At the bottom drive one knee toward the chest.
- Return the foot to the start.
- Press back up to lockout.
- Repeat with the other knee on the next rep.
