  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Set the arms at the sides.
  3. Brace your core and lift one knee up.
  4. At the same time lift the opposite shoulder off the floor.
  5. Reach the same side hand across to touch the opposite knee.
  6. Squeeze the obliques hard at the top.
  7. Lower back to the start with control.
  8. Alternate sides each rep.
