  1. Sit on a bosu ball with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Walk the feet out and lie back so the lower back is over the dome.
  3. Allow the spine to extend backward over the ball.
  4. Place the hands behind the head.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  6. Curl the torso up and forward into a crunch.
  7. Squeeze the abs hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control back over the ball.
