  1. Set up on a decline bench with the feet hooked under the pads.
  2. Lie back on the decline.
  3. Reach the arms straight overhead and keep them there.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Sit up by curling the torso forward.
  6. Keep the arms reaching forward and up throughout.
  7. Touch the hands toward the toes at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
