Cross Arms Push-Up Instructions
- Get into a push-up position with hands under your chest.
- Cross one hand over the other so they are stacked.
- Set your feet wider than usual for balance.
- Brace your core hard and keep your body in a straight line.
- Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward your hands.
- Stop when your chest is just above the hands.
- Press through your hands to drive back up.
- Maintain control throughout the entire rep.
