Cross Arms Push-Up Instructions

  1. Get into a push-up position with hands under your chest.
  2. Cross one hand over the other so they are stacked.
  3. Set your feet wider than usual for balance.
  4. Brace your core hard and keep your body in a straight line.
  5. Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward your hands.
  6. Stop when your chest is just above the hands.
  7. Press through your hands to drive back up.
  8. Maintain control throughout the entire rep.
