  1. Set two cables to low positions with single handles.
  2. Stand between the cables facing one stack.
  3. Grip a handle in each hand with palms facing each other.
  4. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
  5. Set the elbows up high tight against the sides.
  6. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  7. Extend both elbows kicking the handles back behind the body.
  8. Squeeze the triceps hard at lockout. Lower with control.
