- Set two cables to low positions with single handles.
- Stand between the cables facing one stack.
- Grip a handle in each hand with palms facing each other.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.

- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Extend both elbows kicking the handles back behind the body.
- Squeeze the triceps hard at lockout. Lower with control.
