Single Leg Hip Thrust Jump Instructions
- Sit on the floor with upper back on a bench.
- Place one foot flat on the floor in front of you.
- Lift the other leg straight off the floor.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Drive the hips up explosively through the planted heel.
- Let the planted foot leave the floor at the top.
- Land soft with the foot back on the floor.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
