Split Lateral Squat with Roll Instructions

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder width and toes pointed forward.
  2. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  3. Shift the hips back and to one side bending that knee.
  4. Lower into a deep lateral squat with one leg straight and the other bent.
  5. Keep the back flat and the chest up.
  6. Smoothly roll the hips through center to the other side.
  7. Lower into a deep lateral squat on the other side.
  8. Continue alternating sides with smooth flow.
