Suspension Trainer Side Bridge Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
  2. Place one foot in a cradle and lie on your side.
  3. Set the bottom forearm on the floor under the shoulder.
  4. Press up into a side plank with the body in a straight line.
  5. Stack the suspended foot on the bottom foot.
  6. Brace your core and squeeze the bottom glute.
  7. Hold the side plank with the body steady.
  8. Drop down with control. Complete time and switch sides.
