V Sit Toe Tap Instructions

  1. Sit on the floor with the legs straight in front.
  2. Lean back and lift the legs into a V sit.
  3. Set the body in a V shape with abs engaged.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Reach one hand across to tap the opposite toe.
  6. Return to the V sit position.
  7. Tap the other toe with the opposite hand.
  8. Continue alternating sides.
