- Sit on the floor with the legs straight in front.
- Lean back and lift the legs into a V sit.
- Set the body in a V shape with abs engaged.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Reach one hand across to tap the opposite toe.
- Return to the V sit position.
- Tap the other toe with the opposite hand.
- Continue alternating sides.
