Bottle Weighted Side Bend
Bottle Side Bend Instructions
- Hold a filled water bottle in one hand at the side.
- Stand with the feet hip width apart.
- Place the other hand on the hip.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Bend sideways toward the bottle hand.
- Pause briefly at the bottom.
- Drive the obliques to lift the torso back up.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
