Band Single Stiff Leg Deadlift
Description
The band single stiff leg deadlift performs the single-leg Romanian deadlift using a resistance band held in the hands and looped under the standing foot. The band adds resistance to the hinge while the single-leg position challenges balance. It is a strong choice for posterior chain training and balance.
