Bottle Weighted Deadlift
Description
The bottle weighted deadlift uses filled water bottles or jugs as makeshift weights for the conventional deadlift. Holding a heavy bottle in each hand, you hinge and lift to train the entire posterior chain. It is a strong choice for home training when no barbell or dumbbells are available.
