Bottle Weighted Romanian Deadlift
Description
The bottle weighted Romanian deadlift uses filled water bottles or jugs as makeshift weights for the classic Romanian deadlift hinge pattern. Holding a heavy bottle in each hand, you hinge at the hips to load the hamstrings and glutes. It is a strong choice for home training when no traditional weights are available.
