Assisted Single Leg Press
Description
The assisted single leg press is performed on a leg press machine, using both feet to lift the weight and one foot to lower it (or vice versa) for assisted single-leg training. The technique allows you to overload the working leg beyond what it could handle alone. It is excellent for building unilateral leg strength.
