Kettlebell Step Up

Description

The kettlebell step up is performed stepping onto a box, bench, or platform while holding a kettlebell in each hand. The kettlebells add load to the standard step up and the step pattern builds single-leg strength through the working leg from the bottom of the step to lockout.
