Band Seated Leg Extension

Band Seated Leg Extension

Description

The band seated leg extension uses a resistance band anchored to a low point with the other end looped around the ankle. Sitting on a chair or bench, you extend the knee against band resistance to isolate the quadriceps. It is a strong leg extension alternative for home training without a machine.
