Description
The single leg board jump is a single leg jump over a low board or hurdle. The lifter takes off and lands on the same leg while clearing the obstacle. It builds single leg explosive power and athletic ability.

Single Leg Board Jump Instructions
- Place a low board or hurdle on the floor.
- Stand on one leg next to the board.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Bend the working knee and swing the arms back.
- Jump over the board on one leg.
- Land soft on the same leg on the other side.
- Reset with the planted foot and repeat.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
