Cable Glute Dominant Step Up Instructions

  1. Attach a low cable to a belt around your waist (or hold a handle at your chest).
  2. Stand facing away from the cable in front of a sturdy box.
  3. Step forward to add tension to the cable.
  4. Place one foot fully on the box.
  5. Lean your torso forward over the working leg.
  6. Drive through the heel of the working foot to step up onto the box.
  7. Squeeze the glute hard at the top.
  8. Step back down with control. Complete reps on one side before switching.
