  1. Loop a resistance band around one foot.
  2. Anchor the band end to a low fixed point.
  3. Set up on hands and knees with the chest supported on a bench.
  4. Brace the core and keep the back flat.
  5. Lift the banded leg off the floor with the knee bent.
  6. Press the foot back and up against the band.
  7. Sweep the leg out to the side in a half circle.
  8. Return with control and continue for all reps then switch.
