- Loop a resistance band around one foot.
- Anchor the band end to a low fixed point.
- Set up on hands and knees with the chest supported on a bench.
- Brace the core and keep the back flat.
- Lift the banded leg off the floor with the knee bent.
- Press the foot back and up against the band.
- Sweep the leg out to the side in a half circle.
- Return with control and continue for all reps then switch.
