Cable Seated Leg Extension

Cable Seated Leg Extension

Description

The cable seated leg extension is performed seated with an ankle attachment from a low cable pulley. By extending the knee against cable resistance, you isolate the quadriceps with constant tension throughout the range. It is a useful alternative to the standard leg extension machine.
