Description

The triceps dip floor is a tricep dip performed on the floor with hands placed behind the body. With knees bent and feet flat, you lift the hips off the floor and dip down by bending the elbows. The drill builds tricep strength with no equipment.

Triceps Dip Floor Instructions

  1. Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place your hands on the floor behind you with fingers pointing toward your body.
  3. Position your hands shoulder-width apart.
  4. Lift your hips off the floor with arms straight.
  5. Brace your core.
  6. Lower your body by bending the elbows.
  7. Continue until your hips almost touch the floor.
  8. Press back up to the starting position by extending the arms.
