Description
The two toe touch is a basic standing forward fold to stretch the posterior chain. The lifter stands with the feet together and bends forward at the hips reaching both hands to both feet. It is a simple stretch for the hamstrings and lower back.

Two Toe Touch Instructions
- Stand tall with the feet together.
- Set the arms at the sides and brace lightly.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a long spine.
- Continue folding forward toward the floor.
- Reach both hands toward both feet.
- Touch the toes or hold the lower legs.
- Hold the stretch and let gravity deepen it.
- Roll up slowly to standing one vertebra at a time.
