  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles and step back to take tension.
  3. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  5. Hinge at the hips by pushing the hips back.
  6. Lower the torso forward into a deep hamstring stretch.
  7. Use the straps to support the upper body weight.
  8. Drive the hips forward to return to the start.
