  1. Start in a downward facing dog with hips high and arms strong.
  2. Press the chest toward the thighs and aim heels toward the floor.
  3. Lift one hand off the floor.
  4. Reach that hand under the body to touch the opposite foot.
  5. Allow the hips to shift slightly during the reach.
  6. Return the hand to the floor and reset the dog position.
  7. Reach the other hand to the opposite foot.
  8. Continue alternating reaches for the full set.
