- Start in a downward facing dog with hips high and arms strong.
- Press the chest toward the thighs and aim heels toward the floor.
- Lift one hand off the floor.
- Reach that hand under the body to touch the opposite foot.
- Allow the hips to shift slightly during the reach.
- Return the hand to the floor and reset the dog position.
- Reach the other hand to the opposite foot.
- Continue alternating reaches for the full set.
