Lying Back Extension with Press Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the floor with arms extended overhead.
  2. Make loose fists with palms facing each other.
  3. Brace your core and keep your head neutral.
  4. Lift your chest off the floor by extending the back.
  5. At the same time press your arms forward and overhead.
  6. Reach high with the hands as the chest rises.
  7. Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the back and glutes.
  8. Lower the chest and arms back to the floor with control.
