  1. Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Hold a medicine ball with both hands at chest level.
  3. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  4. Press the ball forward and circle it around the head.
  5. Continue circling to one side around the back.
  6. Bring the ball back to the front and continue.
  7. Keep the arms slightly bent throughout.
  8. Reverse direction at the halfway point.
