Suspension Trainer Twist Up
Description
The suspension trainer twist up is a TRX core rotation move where the feet are placed in foot cradles. The lifter holds a plank and twists the hips side to side. The suspended feet add instability and load the obliques in a strong dynamic rotation.

Suspension Trainer Twist Up Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
- Place the feet in the foot cradles facing down.
- Set the hands on the floor under the shoulders in a plank.
- Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
- Twist the hips to drop both feet to one side.
- Continue rotating until the obliques fully engage.
- Twist back through center to the other side.
- Continue alternating side twists with control.
