Suspension Trainer Twist Up

Description

The suspension trainer twist up is a TRX core rotation move where the feet are placed in foot cradles. The lifter holds a plank and twists the hips side to side. The suspended feet add instability and load the obliques in a strong dynamic rotation.

Suspension Trainer Twist Up Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
  2. Place the feet in the foot cradles facing down.
  3. Set the hands on the floor under the shoulders in a plank.
  4. Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
  5. Twist the hips to drop both feet to one side.
  6. Continue rotating until the obliques fully engage.
  7. Twist back through center to the other side.
  8. Continue alternating side twists with control.
