  1. Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet lifted off the ground.
  2. Lean back slightly to create a V shape with your torso and thighs.
  3. Hold a single dumbbell in both hands at chest level.
  4. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  5. Rotate the torso to twist the dumbbell to one side of the body.
  6. Tap the dumbbell to the floor next to your hip.
  7. Twist back through the center to the other side.
  8. Continue rotating side to side with control.
