Description
The push up pike toe touch is a flowing combo move. The lifter performs a push up, then pikes the hips up high and reaches the opposite hand across to touch the opposite toe. The flow trains the chest, hamstrings, and core in one rep.

- Begin in a high plank position with hands under the shoulders.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core hard.
- Lower the chest toward the floor by bending the elbows.
- Press back up to lockout.
- Pike the hips up high into a downward dog position.
- Reach one hand back to touch the opposite ankle.
- Return to plank. Alternate sides each rep.
