Description

The lying leg figure eight is a core drill done lying on the back. The mover traces figure eight patterns with both legs together. It builds the lower abs and hip flexors through multiple planes of motion.

Lying Leg Figure Eight Instructions

  1. Lie on the back with the legs straight.
  2. Place the hands at the sides palms down.
  3. Brace your core and lift the legs slightly off the floor.
  4. Trace a figure eight pattern with both legs together.
  5. Move the legs up and to one side.
  6. Continue the figure eight curve down and across.
  7. Repeat the pattern continuously.
  8. Continue for the working set.
