Description
The suspension trainer oblique rollout is a single-arm anti-rotation core move performed on TRX straps. The lifter grips one handle, kneels and rolls forward into an off-center extension. The asymmetric load forces the obliques to fight rotation and is a brutal core move.
Equipment Required
Suspension Trainer Oblique Rollout Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip one handle with both hands together.
- Kneel down facing the anchor.
- Brace your core hard.
- Slowly roll the body forward and to one side.
- Continue extending until the body is at full reach off-center.
- Hold briefly with the obliques braced.
- Pull back to the start by squeezing the core.
