Description

The suspension trainer oblique rollout is a single-arm anti-rotation core move performed on TRX straps. The lifter grips one handle, kneels and rolls forward into an off-center extension. The asymmetric load forces the obliques to fight rotation and is a brutal core move.

Suspension Trainer Oblique Rollout Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip one handle with both hands together.
  3. Kneel down facing the anchor.
  4. Brace your core hard.
  5. Slowly roll the body forward and to one side.
  6. Continue extending until the body is at full reach off-center.
  7. Hold briefly with the obliques braced.
  8. Pull back to the start by squeezing the core.
