  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Clasp both hands together and reach them up overhead.
  3. Inhale and reach tall through the clasped hands.
  4. Begin to circle the hands to one side and down toward the toes.
  5. Hinge at the hips with a flat back as the hands lower.
  6. Touch the toes or shins at the bottom of the bend.
  7. Continue the circular path back up the other side and overhead.
  8. Repeat the circular flow for the full set.
