  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder width apart and arms reaching out wide.
  2. Inhale and reach the arms up and overhead in a wide arc.
  3. Begin to hinge forward at the hips while the arms travel wide.
  4. Bring the arms down and across as the hands reach toward the toes.
  5. Touch the toes or shins at the bottom of the bend.
  6. Reverse the path by sweeping the arms back wide and overhead.
  7. Stand back up tall with arms reaching wide again.
