Suspension Trainer Hip Bridge Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
- Lie on your back and place the heels in the foot cradles.
- Set the arms at the sides on the floor.
- Brace your core hard.
- Press through the heels to lift the hips up off the floor.
- Continue lifting until the body is in a straight line.
- Squeeze the glutes hard at the top.
- Lower with control to the start.
