The suspension trainer hip bridge is a glute bridge variation with the feet placed in TRX foot cradles. The suspended foot position adds an instability challenge and forces the glutes and hamstrings to work harder. It is a strong glute builder.

Suspension Trainer Hip Bridge Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
  2. Lie on your back and place the heels in the foot cradles.
  3. Set the arms at the sides on the floor.
  4. Brace your core hard.
  5. Press through the heels to lift the hips up off the floor.
  6. Continue lifting until the body is in a straight line.
  7. Squeeze the glutes hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
