Roll Ball Erector Spinae Instructions

  1. Lie on the back with the knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place a massage ball next to the spine in the lower back.
  3. Brace the core and keep the head supported.
  4. Lift the hips slightly to load the ball.
  5. Roll the back slowly over the ball.
  6. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  7. Move the ball up the back along the erector line.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
