  1. Kneel on the floor with knees slightly apart and toes together.
  2. Sit your hips back onto your heels.
  3. Fold your torso forward over your thighs.
  4. Rest your forehead on the floor or on a folded block.
  5. Let your arms relax forward in front of you or back at your sides.
  6. Allow your shoulders to soften toward the floor.
  7. Breathe slowly and release tension across the back.
  8. Hold the pose for as long as feels good then come back up slowly.
