  1. Lie face down with the hips supported on a stability ball.

  3. Place the hands behind the head.

  5. Lift the chest off the ball by extending the back.
  6. Rotate the torso to one side at the top.
  7. Lower with control and alternate sides each rep.
  8. Continue for the working set.
