Lying Back Extension Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the floor with legs extended and arms in front.
  2. Rest your forehead lightly on the ground.
  3. Brace your core and squeeze your glutes.
  4. Lift your chest, arms, and legs off the floor at the same time.
  5. Continue lifting until you feel a strong contraction in the lower back.
  6. Hold the top position briefly.
  7. Lower back down with control.
  8. Reset and repeat.
