Description
The side toe touching is a side hamstring and oblique stretch. The lifter stands tall and reaches one hand down to touch the same side foot while keeping the other arm reaching up. The side reach stretches the hamstrings and obliques.

Side Toe Touching Instructions
- Stand tall with feet wider than shoulder-width.
- Brace your core lightly.
- Reach one arm up overhead.
- Bend at the side reaching the other hand down toward the same side foot.
- Continue reaching down toward the toe.
- Allow the side stretch through the body.
- Hold the position and breathe.
- Slowly come back up. Switch sides.
