Front Toe Touching Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Brace your core lightly.
  3. Keep a soft bend in the knees if needed.
  4. Hinge at the hips to fold the torso forward.
  5. Reach your hands down toward the toes.
  6. Allow the head to hang relaxed.
  7. Feel the stretch through the hamstrings and back.
  8. Hold then slowly roll back up.
