Suspension Trainer Pull Through Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer at low height.
  2. Stand facing away from the anchor.
  3. Reach back between the legs and grab the strap.
  4. Step forward to take tension on the strap.
  5. Hinge at the hips with a flat back.
  6. Drive the hips forward pulling the strap through.
  7. Squeeze the glutes hard at the top.
  8. Hinge back to the start with control.
