- Stand with the feet wide apart and toes pointed forward.

- Exhale and fold forward toward one foot.
- Reach the opposite hand to the foot for a deeper stretch.

- Exhale and fold forward to the floor between the feet.
- Inhale up and exhale to fold to the other side.
- Continue flowing through the sequence for the desired duration.
