Band Kneeling Rear Kick Instructions

  1. Loop a band around a sturdy anchor at floor level.
  2. Get into a quadruped position with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  3. Loop the other end of the band around the back of one foot.
  4. Keep the foot flexed to hold the band in place.
  5. Brace your core and keep your back flat.
  6. Kick the leg straight back against the band tension.
  7. Squeeze the glute hard at the top of the kick.
  8. Lower with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
